Delivery

You pay once. There is no second amount, and nobody will ask you for one at your door.

What you pay

The price of the piece, and delivery: £100, free on orders of £499 or more. Both are shown on the product page, in the basket and at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes are paid by us, before the parcel reaches you. No card through the door. No payment link. No collection from a depot.

When it comes

Orders join the week's consignment, which seals on Thursday evening. If you gave us measurements, the piece is cut and the edge is bound first — two days at the finishing table.

Transit is then 6 to 10 days. We do not buy express. The Thursday seal and the binding already decide the timeline, and paying for speed at the end of it would change nothing you would notice.

Any address in the United Kingdom.

If it is wrong

Fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, refunded in full. We never ask you to pay return carriage — not for a change of mind, not for a fault, not ever. A piece cut to measurements you gave us is made to your specification, so the fourteen days work differently there; the cancellations page sets out exactly how, in plain terms, before you order rather than after.
