Will I have to pay anything when it arrives?

No. Duties and taxes are paid by us before the parcel reaches you. There is no card through the door, no payment link and no collection from a depot. What you pay at checkout is the whole amount.

How much is delivery?

Delivery to any UK address is £75, and free on orders of £499 or more. It is shown beside the price, in the basket and at checkout, and duties and taxes are paid by us either way.

How long does it take?

Each panel is cut to your measurements and its edge bound first, which can take up to two days. Orders then join the week’s consignment, which is sealed in Malwa on Thursday evening. Transit is then 6 to 10 days to any UK address.

What if it does not suit the room?

You can cancel any order within 24 hours of paying, for any reason. After that, a panel is made to your measurements and cannot be cancelled for a change of mind. Counterpanes and other standard pieces keep your 14-day right to cancel after they arrive, and we collect them at our cost. If anything arrives damaged or unlike its description, we refund or replace it, and you keep it.

Why are there no reviews?

Because nobody has written one about this piece yet, and we will not invent any. Writing reviews that were never received is against the law in the United Kingdom, and it is the quickest way to lose someone who buys with judgement.

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?

Not yet. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only. Write to us if you are elsewhere and we will tell you plainly whether we can manage it.

The Procession is printed on cotton with carved wooden blocks, one colour at a time. Look closely and you will see where one block meets the next: it is how you tell a hand print from a machine print.

When will it arrive?

Arrives Wed 14 – Sun 18 Oct. It is made for you, sealed into the Thursday consignment from Malwa, and brought to your door. How delivery works

Will I pay anything at the door?

No. Duties and taxes are paid by us before the parcel reaches you. The price you see, with delivery (£75, free from £499), is everything.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. Cancel within 24 hours of paying, for any reason, and you are refunded in full. It also keeps your 14-day right to cancel from delivery. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, we refund or replace it. Your rights in full

Will it fit my bed?

Each counterpane is 275 × 275 cm: about 63 cm falls down each side of a UK king, and 70 cm on a double. Measure from the top of your mattress down to compare.

How do I wash it?

Cold and on its own the first time: the colour in a hand block print can run on its first wash.

Add one more piece, and delivery is free.
