Free UK delivery over £499

Delivery £75, or free on orders of £499 and over. Duties and taxes are paid either way. Orders join the week’s consignment, sealed in Malwa on Thursday evening, then 6 to 10 days to your door.

Every panel is made to your measurements. It starts at the full size of the piece, and you reduce the width or the drop to fit your wall. How to measure.

2What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, what you bought, and the confirmations you gave at checkout.
  • When you pay: Razorpay collects your card details directly. We receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, a payment reference and the card network. We never see or store your full card number.
  • When you write to us or join our letter: your name, email address and what you tell us.
  • When you browse: the pages you visit and the device and browser you use. Cookies beyond those the site needs to work are set only if you accept them.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we process your data for these specified purposes, with your consent or for the legitimate uses the Act allows, such as fulfilling the order you asked for.

4Who we share it with

  • Razorpay, to take your payment and make any refund.
  • FedEx and customs authorities in India and the United Kingdom: your name, address, telephone number, a description of the goods and their value. A parcel cannot cross a border without them.
  • Our hosting and email providers, who store and send data for us under contract.
  • Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok, only if you accept advertising cookies. Purchase information sent to Meta's Conversions API is hashed first, so they receive a one-way fingerprint rather than your email address.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone else except where the law requires us to.

5Where it is kept

The site and its database are hosted on servers in the United Kingdom. Because we are an Indian firm and your order is made and dispatched in India, your order details are also accessed and processed in India. We protect them with the safeguards UK data protection law requires for data processed outside the UK, and we require the same of every provider who handles them for us.

6How long we keep it

  • Orders, including your checkout confirmations: six years from the end of the financial year of the order, the period for a contract claim and for tax and customs records.
  • Our letter: until you unsubscribe, then a short suppression record so we do not write to you by mistake.
  • Enquiries: two years.
  • Analytics and advertising data: as set by each provider, typically fourteen months.

7Cookies

The site sets only the cookies it needs to work, such as your basket, until you choose otherwise. The banner lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies with one click either way, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

8Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Under the DPDP Act you may also access a summary of your data, have it corrected or erased, nominate someone to act for you, and have grievances heard. We answer every request within one month.

We keep order records we are legally required to keep, even when asked to erase them, and will tell you if that applies.

9Keeping it safe

Every page is served over an encrypted connection. Card payments are handled by Razorpay, which is certified to the PCI DSS standard. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to make and send your order.

10Children

We sell only to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
